We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you're not happy, here's what you need to know:

30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition with original packaging.

Refunds
Upon approval, we will refund the item price in full. Shipping/postage charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method — we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

Errors on Our Part
If we sent the wrong or defective item, we will cover return shipping costs and refund the full amount paid, including original postage. We reserve the right to determine whether a return shipment is required.

Contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior notice may not be processed.
